Classes will be beginner friendly and cover the foundations of yoga and why your practice is important.  Student's will learn more advanced movements and end with the confidence to walk-in to any yoga class.

Essentially, yoga is a form of meditation that allows us to relax and combat stress and anxiety by letting go of worries.
